• Matching you with suitable installers based on your requirements
• Facilitating communication between you and installers via WhatsApp
• Providing quotes and installer contact information

Important: LagosPowerQuote is a matching platform only. We do not sell, install, or service solar or backup power systems. All installation work, quotes, and contracts are between you and the installers.

3. User Obligations

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information in the configurator
• Maintain the security of your WhatsApp account and phone number
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Nigerian laws
• Not misuse the Service to spam, harass, or defraud installers or other users
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
• Not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Respect the intellectual property rights of LagosPowerQuote and third parties

4. No Obligation to Hire

Our Service is completely free and without obligation. You are under no obligation to hire any installer matched through our platform. You may:

• Compare quotes from multiple installers
• Decline any or all quotes without penalty
• Negotiate terms directly with installers
• Choose not to proceed with any installation

5. Installer Relationships and Disclaimers

5.1 Independent Contractors

All installers on our platform are independent contractors. LagosPowerQuote does not employ, control, or supervise installers. We are not responsible for their actions, work quality, pricing, or compliance with regulations.

5.2 Verification Process

While we make reasonable efforts to verify installer credentials, licenses, and experience, we do not guarantee the accuracy of installer information or the quality of their work. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before hiring any installer.

5.3 No Warranties

LagosPowerQuote makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The quality, safety, or legality of installer services
• The accuracy of quotes or installer representations
• The suitability of any installer for your specific needs
• The completion, timeliness, or warranty of installation work

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, LagosPowerQuote, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
• Damages resulting from installer actions, negligence, or breach of contract
• Property damage, personal injury, or financial loss related to installation work
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions, errors, or unavailability

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which is zero, as our Service is free).

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LagosPowerQuote and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of third parties, including installers
• Your interactions, contracts, or disputes with installers

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of LagosPowerQuote or its licensors and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without our express written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, and 12 shall survive termination.

2. Mediation: Mediation by a mutually agreed mediator in Lagos, Nigeria
3. Arbitration: Binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Mediation Act of Nigeria, with proceedings held in Lagos

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

12. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LagosPowerQuote regarding the Service.
